This matcha is meant for use in making lattes, chocolates, ice cream, matcha latte, and baked goods such as cakes, frosting, cookies, etc.
The consistency of the matcha is ceremonial level fine grain, making the texture of your drink very smooth, and the color is better than most culinary grade matcha (green but duller than ceremonial grade).
Yes you can drink it straight as a matcha too, but it’s not as strong in flavor straight as ceremonial grade options.
